Catalog > Shipping and Return PoliciesWe strive to ship quickly. If part of an order is out of stock we will wait until the whole order is in stock in order to ship the whole order together. We need to do this as our shipping prices are very low and in most cases do not cover shipping cost. If you need to make other arrangements please let us know and we'll try to work out another arrangement that suits your needs. We try to fully stock all of our products but have a large selection and cannot control distributor out of stocks, and delays due to importation from Europe on our art supplies. We generally ship most orders USPS Priority Mail but some of the oversized items, such as the extra large main lesson books, paper and paint boards often need to be shipped by other methods due to extremely high cost.
We try to use recycled materials whenever it is possible.
If we make an error we will strive to correct it as soon as possible.
Flutes are not returnable.
If you make an order in error, and you'd like to return an item there will be a 20% restocking fee.We are no longer accepting returns on books and Cds unless they were damaged in shipping. Unfortunatly people like to read books and copy CDs and then return them.
We want Happy Customers so we will do our best to work to make things right.
We offer a flat rate shipping of $7.95 in the U.S. When your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your delivery confirmation number.
We now offer shipping to Canada and Europe.I will invoice you for the actual shipping costs after I weigh your order.
If you need to return an item please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the error was not on our part there may be a restocking fee.
